Role, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in San Diego who will report to the Technical Support Supervisor. This position supports the Technical Support and Production Departments through customer assistance, troubleshooting gas instrumentation and ensuring correct operation.
Ideal candidates possess an associates degree or equivalent with 3-5 years experience in a service-related environment. Strong communication and troubleshooting abilities are a must. This role requires travel within and outside the United States approximately 10% of the time.
The salary range for this role is estimated between $44,500 and $59,300 based on experience and qualifications.
