Desktop Support Technician
Location:
San Diego, CA or Pensacola, FL – 100% onsite. 100% On Site. Hours will be a day shift.
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr on W2

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Patience and strong team-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Troubleshooting and ticketing systems (Service Now)
- Windows 10 experience
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Desktop imaging (MDT, LTI, ZTI)
- Microsoft Office/365, Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes
- Printer support (HP, Canon, Toshiba)
