• Total Hours/week: 40.00

Training will likely be on 1st shift (5:00/5:30 AM – 1:30/2:00 PM) for 6‑8 weeks depending on trainee and certification of position (certification after trainee successfully demonstrates competence).

• Responsible for troubleshooting technical problems.
• Diagnosing, analyzing, and repairing products.
• Apply basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.
• Work within clearly defined SOPs or scientific methods and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Work with a high degree of supervision.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of systems and products; identify basic system and product issues.
• Identify need for escalation.
• Entry level with limited experience; develop skills in basic tasks within one skill area/process.

• Requires a high school diploma; A.S. or A.A. preferred.
• 0–2 years experience providing support in a biomedical discipline.
• Must have electronics certification or BA/AA in electronics; military certification in electronics OK.
• Basic understanding of Mac and PC operating systems; basic knowledge of networking.
• Basic knowledge of electronics.
• Flow cytometry experience desired.
• Working knowledge of data tracking systems such as SAP.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, effective listening skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team with moderate level of supervision.
