Educational

Qualification:

BS in Computer Science or comparable demonstrated work experience

• Active participation in testing cycle of the software development life cycle (requirements gathering, prototyping, design review, test case reviews) using Agile Methodology.
• Working closely with Product Management, Program Manager, Development Team and Support teams to create and deliver a quality-focused QA deliverable.
• Develop & execute functional, integration and E2E test cases to validate business, system and operational requirements.
• Work closely with different functional groups to resolve issues, ensure thorough testing from a business perspective, understand support issues and release high quality products to customers.
• Lead/Mentor small teams if needed.
• Interpret product design and requirements to engineer test approach and generate test plans and test cases/scripts along with their review.
• Execute complex test cases/scripts and interpret/analyze results to report, communicate, and work through issues with software engineers.

• Ability to think logically and technically during the Sprint.
• Experience in scripting of Functional Tests, Integration Tests, System Tests, Regression Tests and test execution in automation framework.
• Experience in Performance testing using any Automated Tool will be a plus.
• Strong Experience in Advanced level database testing using MSSQL Server 2008, is Mandatory.
• Experience in running ETL process.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and ability to communicate very technical subject matter to non-technical users.
• Experience in writing quality bug reports.
• Experience in creating SQE documentation as per organization quality standards.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for reaching to root cause of customer reported issues.
• Experience in HL7/healthcare domain will be advantageous.

• Hands-on experience with Build-Test-Deploy pattern utilizing Microsoft technologies.
• Familiar with C++ programming language.
• Troubleshooting and recovery of MS SQL.
• Hands-On Experience with industry standard automation tool Selenium and used C# as scripting language is Preferred.
