Business Systems Analyst - Global Customer Support

Work Hours8:00–17:00 / 8:30–17:30 / 9:00–18:00 (some flexibility)
Must Have Qualifications- Communication and Listening skills
- SAP business analysis experience
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to learn, adapt to changing priorities, and remain flexible
- Support day-to-day business operations and Global Customer Services enterprise systems.
- Learn how associates and customers interact with client systems for sales, installation, and ongoing support.
- Work with Salesforce and SAP ECC/CRM technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to solve complex problems with innovative technology solutions.
- Receive mentorship and training from a variety of experts while growing into a systems analyst and project manager role.
- Work closely with project managers and product owners to execute Salesforce/SAP projects and support user environments.
- Provide initial triage on new support cases and identify business requirements for Salesforce/SAP environments.
- Submit break/fix tickets and system enhancement requests.
- Participate in an agile delivery team releasing monthly enhancements to associates and customers.
- Assist users in navigating systems and answering questions; think critically, be a team player, and be ready to jump in wherever needed.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Prioritization and task management in multiple project environments; well organized and proactive
- Proficiency with MS Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in complex enterprise software environments
- Experience gathering system requirements with diverse teams
- Agile methodology environments
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce systems
- Agile‑Scrum and/or project management certifications
- Experience in global healthcare or similar fields
- Salesforce admin certification
