The Analyst role is hands on and detail oriented, focused on tracking progress, organizing information, supporting communication, and enabling smooth execution across the global Data Center AI team.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical interest in AI, strong analytical and organizational skills, and strong communication and presentation capabilities, including the ability to develop clear, compelling slide decks for large and diverse audiences.

This role will support planning, coordination, and execution of AI Engineering projects, including demos showcasing AI-enabled workflows, processes, tools, and platforms used by engineering teams.

The candidate will also support designing, documenting and scaling repeatable operational processes by leveraging AI tools and AI agents as "digital teammates" that can execute work across applications and learn over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and maintenance of program plans, schedules, and timelines for internal AI projects initiatives.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; identify gaps, risks, and drive follow-through on action items for Engineering leadership.
  • Collect, review, and consolidate weekly status reports from AI technical leads, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of executive-ready summaries and materials for leadership consumption.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for program documentation, schedules, communications, and presentation materials.

AI Demos & Organizational Engagement

  • Support planning, execution, and logistics for AI demos across the organization.
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, recordings, and follow up documentation for demos.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of demo content, AI Agent "Skills & Prompts" library (versioned, governed) and presentation materials to support ongoing awareness and adoption.

Process Standardization & Automation

  • Develop lightweight automation and analytics solutions (dashboards, trackers, structured repositories) that reinforce standard processes.
  • Support building and maintaining automated reporting pack (dashboards + weekly status narratives) related to capacity, resource usage, and operational status.
  • Collect feedback, monitor outcomes, and iterate processes/agents based on measured performance and user experience.
  • Work closely with engineering, IT, product, and operations partners to support execution across enterprise AI initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in program analysis, operations, process improvement, project coordination, or technical program support
  • Strong interest in AI and technology, with the ability to understand and follow technical discussions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow through.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including demonstrated expertise creating professional PowerPoint presentations and executive-ready slide decks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience prototyping solutions and demos using AI, and building or managing AI-enabled workflows (agents, automation, prompt libraries, validation methods)
  • Comfort working in fast changing technical environments with evolving priorities.
  • Background in AI software development, HW engineering, or technical operations (hands on experience a plus, not required).
  • Experience with program management tools and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field. OR Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant work experience.
