Within the level 2 support service, you are a member of an international team responsible for assisting and supporting users at the PLM applications level.

• Advise and assist on-site users, by phone, email or chat in the analysis of incidents and the resolution of technical or functional problems at the PLM applications level in the areas of design, data management, configuration and manufacturing in the context of various aeronautical programs, as well as helping users in the application of the methods recommended by the client.
• Support users during the introduction of newly developed PLM software solutions at the production level.
• Feed and maintain the knowledge base for specialized teams and the client within a central platform.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of these PLM tools based on an integrated software platform.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical services (IT, software editors).

Experience, training and skills desired:

• Graduate from a higher education institution in general engineering or mechanical or electrical engineering, computer science or computer science management.
• Ideally, you have experience in PLM application support or you regularly use PLM applications in your current work, particularly CATIA V5 and ideally 3DExperience, NX, ENOVIA or even PASS SSI A350/A320, 3
  
  DCOM, VPM Web Client, APS, TrendV5…
• You want to give a new direction to your career by leveraging your technical knowledge.
• Your work is focused on listening and satisfying the client.
• You enjoy working both in a team, especially in an international environment, and independently to find solutions adapted to the client's needs, in respect of established processes.
• You are curious, like to acquire new skills and knowledge and find it stimulating to apply them to new problems.
• You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken.

This position is available on a permanent basis, for our agency located in Suresnes (92) or Toulouse (31).
