Product Change Management Specialist
Under the responsibility of the Head of Professional Services, you are in charge of the proper appropriation of our products and uses by the users, both with our clients and internally. You intervene at the request of Client Partners, Customer Success Managers, and Implementation Managers, in the context of version upgrades or implementation projects.
In this context, your main missions will be the following:
Accompanying projects:
- Realize the change management support (training materials, input guides, practical exercises, etc.) ;
- Realize training for users and teams in charge of Level 1 support at our clients ;
- Realize reinforced support actions in the launch phases ;
- Report to the Implementation Manager on the time spent on each project.
Accompanying the version upgrades of our products:
- Based on Release Notes provided by the Product team, design and realize the pedagogical documents (training support, user guide, video tutorials, etc.) ;
- Realize the support actions validated by the Client Partner.
Accompanying the internal teams:
- Realize and maintain the training materials for new ARISTID entrants ;
- Regularly propose training for new ARISTID entrants.
In the context of your functions, you will also be required to regularly travel to clients to support them in the use of our solutions.
- Education level of Bac +5 in business school specializing in project management, business, or equivalent ;
- Minimum 4/5 years of experience in a similar position in change management, ideally within a consulting firm or software publisher ;
- Knowledge of change management methods and training techniques ;
- Skills in customer relationship management ;
- Proficiency in office tools (O365, Teams) ;
- Interpersonal skills and listening abilities ;
- Flexibility and adaptability ;
- Ability to adapt speech according to a varied audience ;
- English B1 minimum.
