Within a multi-client team delivering several types of services, you will be involved in both the Support & Maintenance and the operation of our clients' Managed Services solutions.

Resolution of incidents on the Support & Maintenance perimeter:

• You handle tickets opened by our clients' technical teams
• You are responsible for diagnosing and resolving breakdowns (Bug, Hardware, Configuration Change, Licenses…)
• You open and follow up on incidents with our partner manufacturers
• You regularly intervene in our clients' premises
• You work closely with level 2 network and security engineers in situations that require it.
• You work in close coordination with NTT service centers in Europe and around the world.

Operation of our clients' Managed Services infrastructures:

• You are in charge of managing supervision events (monitoring, analysis, qualification, resolution, dispatching…)
• You assist end-users by solving Level 1 incidents
• You ensure the operational readiness (MCO) of the solutions
• You carry out the implementations of 'Moves, Adds, Changes and Deletes'
• You participate in the configuration of equipment

Profile:

Ideally with a Bac +2/3 degree, you have prior experience in IT operations or support and are looking for a minimum one-year internship.

Ideally in a 2 to 3 week rhythm in the company consecutively.

You are motivated to work in a team in rich and complex technical environments. English proficiency is essential for this role due to direct contact with our global support centers and international technology partners.
