Test Engineer
Location:
San Diego, CA Duration: 6 months Contract
Rate: $35/hr. on w2 only
US Citizens and Green Cards, TN VISA, H4 EAD Only. No H1B
Job Responsibilities:
- Update test plans, and work with stakeholders for approval
- Execute test cases, and work with developers to root cause anomalies
- Write test reports, and work with stakeholders for approval
- Ability to use Windows and command line tools for software installation and diagnostics
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills, Detailed Oriented, Analytical, Problem Solving, Tolerance of Ambiguity, Strong Planning and Organizing
- Experience using test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, radio emulators, network analyzers, RF switch matrixes, and multimeters. (Good to Have)
- Technical knowledge on wireless technology (BLE) (Good to have)
- Have a curiosity to know how things work and passion to learn. You want to know why something fails to work and the initiative to fix it
- Knowledge on SW/HW design integration, verification and validation
