IT Consultant, IT Project Manager
As a Senior Service Now Technical Consultant, you will take on a leadership role in developing and implementing cloud computing platforms to facilitate efficient digital workflows for enterprise operations. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding complex technical implementations, ensuring customer success, and establishing value through innovative solutions.
What You Will Do- Lead the estimation, design, and delivery of advanced solutions for customers incorporating deep understanding of process design, Service Now technical best practices, and industry standards.
- Spearhead the creation, deployment, and enhancement of technical best practices and standards, driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee completeness, consistency, and high quality of technical deliverables to ensure they meet customer expectations.
- Champion the evolution of Professional and Managed Services processes, enhancing portfolios, capabilities, and best practices.
- Manage and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support throughout project life cycles.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges.
- Continuously assess and enhance internal processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and Service Now platform updates.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years experience OR 9+ years experience 3+ years focused on Service Now platform implementations.
- Service Now CSA, plus multiple Service Now CIS certifications demonstrating advanced proficiency.
- Extensive knowledge of ITIL framework and proven experience applying ITIL principles.
- Expertise in LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and web services integrations.
- Demonstrated track record leading development and delivery of complex ITSM solutions including Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities with focus on mentoring and developing team members.
- Customer-centric mindset; proven ability to make sound decisions impacting project outcomes.
Pay range: $109,000 - $164,000 depending on experience and skill set. Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials.
