* Minimum qualifications:

* + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 8 years of experience as a key contributor in building enterprise-class technology systems through the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

+ 8 years of experience in technical program management, managing all phases of a project.

* + Program management experience in redefining the process, designing business solutions through lean project management.

+ Experience leading complex software implementations across global and cross-functional teams, particularly around infrastructure projects.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) and Domain Lead, you will be the strategic lead of the operations systems and process solutions that power Google's global submarine infrastructure. You will bridge the gap between complex business process, construction life cycle, operational support and the digital platforms that enable them.

You will be responsible for driving multi-year digital transformation initiatives (such as contact life cycle management and operations/business support system evolution) and establishing the governance frameworks that ensure our technology road maps align with Google's rapid infrastructure growth as well as security requirements.
