Technical AI Consultant

You will interview as a technical consultant to transform our business processes through generative AI. Your mission is to design and industrialize high-value solutions, notably ecosystems of intelligent agents capable of connecting natively to our business tools via standardized protocols (MCP), while ensuring a level of security and reliability in line with the health sector's requirements. You will pilot the complete lifecycle, from prototype to scaling up to production.

Main Responsibilities

GenAI Design and Development: Create application architectures leveraging LLMs (via API or open-source models) by implementing advanced techniques like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agent orchestration.

Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Design and refine prompting strategies to maximize the relevance of responses. Explore and implement fine-tuning or quantization to adapt models to our specific needs.

Interoperability Architecture (MCP): Implement and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to enable LLMs to securely and structuredly access our internal knowledge bases.

Industrialization and MLOps: Develop robust services, manage containerization (Docker), and orchestrate deployment in production. Ensure performance monitoring and control of costs related to token consumption.

Validation and Quality: Set up rigorous evaluation protocols to measure the accuracy of models, detect hallucinations, and prevent biases, thus ensuring ethical and secure AI.

Data Management: Structure and manage vector databases necessary for semantic research and contextual memory of models.
