Solution Architect/Technical Lead
Work as a solution architect/technical lead to oversee the implementation of a new performance evaluation form for the City of San Diego's management population. Involve in all aspects of the project from preparation, requirements gathering, solution design/blueprint, hands-on functional configuration, developing custom reports if needed, test script development, testing, documentation, and training staff. Collaborate with the City’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) staff and Human Resources staff on the project.
Must have a minimum of five years of experience with the Success Factors PMGM module. Must have completed at least two successful full life cycles of Success Factors PMGM implementations and have provided maintenance support for at least two years. Need to be familiar with the current environment including IS-U ECC 6.0 EHP8, CRM 7 EHP4, IS-PS ECC 6.0, BO 4.2, BW7.5, PBF 8.1, GRC 10.1, Solution Manager 7.2, PO 7.40, Fiori 3.0, Open Text 16.0 and HANA 2.0. Task includes enhancing the unclassified (salaried employee) performance and goals process to streamline and change the review process to a continuous discussion rather than using the rating method.
Will also provide troubleshooting support and make minor changes to current forms if needed. Will work with the ERP and Human Resources staff to analyze as-is processes, advise on best practices, create new route maps and form templates, complete a configuration workbook, set up role-based permissions, and train business administrators based on new requirements. Will also provide maintenance and troubleshooting support to the City Attorney’s Office, Personnel and Human Resources Departments.
