Product Engineer

The product engineer contributes to the organization and execution of the product marketing plan, and their work fits into a cross-functional role as a facilitator, at the convergence of innovation around ArcGIS system products, business, customer success, and relations with Esri.

In this context, the following missions are assigned to you:

• Technological and marketing surveillance on Esri products
• Exchanges with Esri teams on product management and current affairs, roadmaps...
• Writing commercial and technical documentation, tutorials...
• Design and realization of demonstrations, prototypes, mockups on Esri technologies
• Production of sales support tools and arguments for sales forces
• Communication and exchanges on products and their current affairs, technical support and internal assistance
• Presentation of product web seminars or specialized business seminars, internal and external
• Demonstrations and animation of technical workshops during our annual conference (in public or on camera)
• Involvement in the marketing projects of products and around a solution-oriented approach
• Participation in external communication (blog, events, websites, social networks)
• Contribution to the validation of the French localization of software interfaces and other supports (help, sites…)
