Join our team as a Senior Content Designer on the VEP platform, which powers AI-driven digital and human expertise across Intuit services like Turbo Tax Live and Quick Books Live. Your role will involve crafting compelling narratives, managing stakeholder relations, and leading storytelling projects from conception to delivery. You ll work closely with various teams to create scripts, storyboards, and presentations that align with Intuit s strategic goals and brand standards.

• Develop professional-quality scripts and demos for product showcases to senior leadership.
• Manage stakeholder communications, coordinating project kick-offs and check-ins.
• Collaborate with motion graphics and audio-visual designers to create compelling storyboards and scripts.
• Lead storytelling projects independently, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.
• Assist with UX writing tasks, including interface copywriting and content auditing.

• Experience in scriptwriting, presentation, and demo video creation.
• Strong collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Preferably experience with AI-powered digital expertise platforms or familiarity with Intuit s range of services (Turbo Tax Live, Turbo Tax Full Service, Quick Books Live). Proficiency in GenAI tools for content scaling is a plus.
