• Transform business processes and analytics into highly automated and interactive applications, workflows, and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop solutions and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Leverage quantitative modeling techniques with Power Query to analyze and process data.
• Create and maintain models, report templates, and dynamic data‑driven solutions using Databricks or other low‑code platforms.
• Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting findings from data processing and analysis for program, financial, and acquisition management activities.

• 2+ years of experience analyzing or managing data, including data visualization, data management, data governance, data strategy, data policy, data integrity, or data engineering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform for improving business processes and analytics, including Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Ability to analyze data to answer questions and solve problems.
• Ability to visualize data to identify or communicate key insights.
• Ability to document improvements to business processes, workflows, and analytics.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience with the DoD.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Query, Databricks, or SQL for data engineering.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with process improvement approaches and methodologies, including business process reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, or continuous process improvement.
• Ability to synthesize results and deliver presentations to product owners or stakeholders.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing organizational processes.
• Microsoft Certification such as Power Platform Certification.

Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $ (annualized USD).
