Lead UX Designer

Dexcom, a world leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), is searching for a talented Senior UX Designer to help them develop their next-generation CGM system. In this role, you’ll work with a collaborative team to design user-friendly and impactful products that empower people with diabetes to manage their health.

• Design intuitive experiences that transform complex medical data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and product managers to bring ideas to life
• Lead user research activities and translate findings into design solutions
• Develop prototypes for user testing and iterate based on feedback
• Ensure designs are implemented flawlessly across multiple platforms

Are you a passionate designer with a strong UX background? We want to hear from you!

• 6+ years of experience in UX design
• Proven ability to design user-centered experiences
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies
• Experience with prototyping and design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
• Experience designing for mobile apps
• A passion for healthcare and improving lives

• Experience with wearables and accessibility guidelines
• A bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, or related field
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
