- Aptitude for analytics with eagerness to work in different domains- financial, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, or manufacturing.
- Advanced analytics using SQL/R/Python/Statistical Analysis, Tableau, test tools, UI.
- Exposure to data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, and R.
- Outstanding skills in MS suite
- Visio, Access, Power Point, Excel, and Word. - Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing.
- Not mandatory but nice to have exposure to:
Salesforce, Service Now, and Atlassian Jira. - BE/BTech, MS in CS, IE, Pharmacy, Statistics, BIS, or MIS - recent Graduate is required.
