We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a Computer User Support Specialist - Journeyman
- Secret Cleared. This role supports a Navy customer in San Diego, CA.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support for software and hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, application, and system access problems.
- Install and configure hardware, printers, and authorized software.
- Support account management, password resets, and permissions.
- 6+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification (A+ CE or equivalent) preferred.
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field
Security Clearance:Secret (must be a US Citizen)
Telework and Travel:On-site.
