Project Manager
Under the responsibility of the Head of Projects, you are in charge of the smooth running of our implementation projects assigned to you in respect of schedules, scopes, and budgets agreed at the start of the project in collaboration with all technical teams. In the scope of its mission, it actively intervenes at each stage of the project in assistance to the project owner.
On the front line with our clients and guided by the quality of service provided, it plays a key role in the adoption of our solutions, the satisfaction of users, and the achievement of our sales objectives.
In this context, your main duties are as follows:
Ensure the smooth running of projects
- Adopt and apply project management processes and methods
- Promote collaborative work through the good use of company tools (O365, Teams, Team Gantt, JIRA)
Accompany clients in the design phases:
- Conducting framing workshops
- Formalizing processes
- Formalizing specifications
- Raising awareness of change management issues
Accompany clients in the implementation phases:
- Preparing acceptance scenarios
- Formalizing acceptance minutes
- Qualifying and following up on anomalies
Accompany clients in the deployment phases:
- Defining deployment plans
- Defining Go/No
Go criteria
Follow and update project schedules
Rigorously pilot the project scope and value changes in scope within the respect of applicable tariff conditions
Prepare and animate project rituals, internal and client
Produce internal and client reporting elements
Alert management and/or the Client Partner in case of major difficulty or risk
Ensure good documentation of projects
Establish and implement reversibility plans towards Customer Success Managers and the Customer Support team
Prepare the necessary elements for project invoicing
Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and methods
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +4/5) in project management, commerce, or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in project management or consulting;
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and knowledge of information system architecture and functions would be a plus;
- Knowledge of O365, Teams, Team Gantt, JIRA tools;
- Agile culture and perfect mastery of associated rituals;
- Very good knowledge of technological opportunities and new digital uses;
- You are organized, and you have good interpersonal skills and analytical and synthesis abilities;
- You know how to manage your time and priorities;
- English B1 minimum.
