Within the Data Platform tribe of the Data team, you will join a cross-functional organization whose mission is to provide a reliable, secure, and scalable technological foundation for all data uses in the Group. This platform supports the strategy of democratizing data at Accor by ensuring simple, governed, and efficient access to analytical tools and services on an international scale.

The position is part of a team dedicated to analytics solutions for business users, responsible for providing, administering, and evolving the tools that allow access to data and the consumption of analytical products. The team plays a key role in structuring the group's analytics ecosystem, continuously improving the user experience, and supporting Business Analysts in mastering their tools.

Your mission:

You will be in charge of data accessibility and democratization solutions at Accor and will be responsible for:

• Participation in the recruitment and training of the Feature Team's developers
• Animation of the relationship with technical referents on the side of third-party solution publishers

• Collaboration with the Product Owner as well as with the two other Feature Teams constituting the Data Platform tribe, to ensure technical coherence and functional coverage on the entire stack
• Designing products that measure the ROI of DATA, that is, both the execution costs incurred by the platform and the value generated by the data products published by the other Data tribes
• Contribution to the evolutions of the Data Portal in the context of an alliance with two other large French groups and which serves as the entry point for all our users to access our products
• Supervision, analysis, and resolution of incidents or anomalies occurring on the products and solutions of the Feature Team
• Implementation of a technological watch to enrich our modern data stack

• A solution for automating our BI administration
• Animation of training sessions for internal populations in the DATA department
• Guided paths to facilitate the onboarding and adoption of internal populations in the DATA department

• By helping them frame needs not covered by the current stack.
• By participating in the animation of the "Data Tech" community (diffusion of best practices, code capitalization, technological watch, etc.)
• By sensitizing our various interlocutors to the challenges and benefits of DATA

Qualifications

And you?

• Confirmed experience (senior) in Data/BI environments on an enterprise scale, with the implementation or evolution of self-analytics solutions for a large number of users
• Experience in technical leadership: operational piloting of consultants or project teams, while remaining a strong individual contributor

Technical Skills

• Mastery of Snowflake (core of the platform) and good knowledge of its ecosystem
• Experience with major analytical tools such as Tableau, Dataiku, and orchestration tools (e.g., Astronomer/Airflow)
• Strong expertise in data modeling and the design of robust analytical models
• Experience in the administration and industrialization of BI tools, with an approach oriented towards automation
• Advanced mastery of SQL and databases; experience in data transformation (knowledge of dbt is a plus)
• Good understanding of semantic layer concepts and modern analytics architecture
• Concrete experience in the manipulation and optimization of Business Intelligence tools (reporting, pagination, structuring of environments)
