Data Scientist - Property & Corporate Services H/F

The role is part of the IT, Digital and Data sector of Crédit Agricole S.A., with complementary expertise in Real Estate. The position is a permanent contract (CDI) and does not involve management. It is a managerial role.

The mission of the Property & Corporate Services (PCS) department is to design and implement a work environment and provide the best services to meet the challenges of the bank and the standards of the Group, while:

· Optimizing the real estate portfolio and its spending trajectory

· Managing the decarbonization objectives (energy and professional travel)

· Mastering the operational risks inherent in its activities

Within the department, you will join the cross-functional Operational Strategy & Solutions team, which is primarily responsible for supporting operational teams with:

· The organization and governance of PCS (committees, processes, etc.)

· The management of IT projects and repositories

· The management of data and AI projects (data transformation into indicators, decision-making analyses, data visualization, support to PCS operational teams, dissemination of the value of "Data/AI" and acculturation)

· The management of CACIB's decarbonization objectives (energy and professional travel)

In collaboration with the PCS teams responsible for real estate, the optimization of the occupancy of premises, security/real estate infrastructures, and service provision to occupants on campuses, your main mission will be to exploit data through models to industrialize, structure, and validate.

To do this, you will need to:

- Understand business problems and translate them analytically

- Conduct studies

- Improve business processes and existing tools (thanks to data)

- Improve the quality and reliability of data

- Build illustrated and argued analyses

- Identify and frame AI use cases

- Develop optimization scenarios

- Design and develop models

- Industrialize and put models into production

- Organize Data & AI meetings with PCS operational teams

- Prepare and present dossiers to the "New Solutions / New Uses" and "Artificial Intelligence Design Authority" committees

Candidate criteria:

Minimum education level:
Bac + 5 / M2 and above

Education/Specialization:
University, business school, or engineering school with a specialization in Data Science.

Minimum experience level: 6-10 years

Experience:

Proven experience in Data Science.
