    • Facilitate collaboration between state teams, SMEs, and implementation leads.
  • EHR Implementation & Delivery
    • Lead and oversee data migration and system integrations/interfaces with external systems.
    • Ensure a structured release management process, including multi‑cohort go‑live planning.
    • Support system documentation, training materials, and organizational readiness.
    • Identify and resolve technical blockers, risks, and dependencies.
  • Agile Product Execution
    • Drive and refine Agile and hybrid delivery practices across teams.
    • Provide technical input into backlog prioritization, sizing, and complexity assessment.
    • Participate in sprint activities, retrospectives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Strategic & Analytical Contribution
    • Research industry trends, EHR best practices, and market capabilities.
    • Evaluate vendor solutions and support technology selection and module implementation decisions.
    • Communicate technical debt, risks, and trade‑offs clearly to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications Education and Years of Experience
  • 8–12+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Technology Delivery.
  • Experience leading EHR / EMR implementations or healthcare IT systems.
