We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Agile Release Manager to lead and manage our Mar Tech development and release processes, optimizing workflows and enhancing productivity. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing detailed reporting to highlight the delivery success and capacity of our Mar Tech development team.

• Release & Delivery Management:
  Plan, coordinate, and oversee Mar Tech release activities, ensuring that all teams and stakeholders are aligned and releases are delivered on time with minimal disruption. This role includes owning end-to-end release readiness, including dependency management, risk identification, and go/no-go decision support
• Agile Process Execution:
  Oversee the implementation and adherence to agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) across multiple Rev Ops teams. Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure clarity of scope, priorities, outcomes, and roadmap execution
• Business Analysis & Requirement Enablement:
  Act as a strategic partner, assisting with the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Mar Tech initiatives when needed
