About the Team
The Global Technology Solutions (GTS) – Strategy and Delivery Team is a dynamic group of highly motivated professionals dedicated to translating Res Med’s strategy into an actionable roadmap. The team drives strategic alignment, program execution, and innovation across the organization.
RoleSenior Technical Program Manager will manage end‑to‑end cross‑functional delivery of software programs and projects in the Digital Platform space. Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, documentation, scoping, defining goals and deadlines, resource allocation, tracking budgets, and implementing projects in accordance with the Res Med Quality Management System.
Responsibilities- Facilitate project and program‑level processes, drive execution, and manage risks and impediments.
- Define project scope, set schedules, and ensure timely delivery of value to customers.
- Address resource constraints, dependencies, and timing challenges while synchronizing efforts across teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering managers, program managers, and other stakeholders to align business commitments.
- Communicate implementation of significant changes to planning objectives, schedules, and product configurations.
- Provide regular status updates highlighting accomplishments, plans, and issues across assigned programs.
- Perform work in a specialized area requiring a deep understanding of underlying principles, themes, and concepts.
- Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally.
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Combination of education and work experience will be considered.
- 7+ years of Program Management experience with multiple agile, product, and platform teams.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with agile software development tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding time‑management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in problem‑solving, decision facilitation, and conflict resolution.
- Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in a modern cloud‑based environment with AWS expertise.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications.
- Experience with medical devices or regulated environments.

Base salary range: $143,000 – $179,000 – $215,000 USD, depending on location, qualifications, experience, and skills.
