You will support our managed IT clients through day-to-day infrastructure monitoring, incident response, patch management, and help desk escalations. - Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Experience with RMM tools (Connect Wise, NinjaRMM, etc.)
- Cloud fundamentals certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900)
- Experience in a managed services environment
