Job Title
In the context of its development, the QPark Group is looking for a Technical Project Manager to assist the Chief Technical Project Manager in the management, deployment, and follow-up of IT and payment projects, in compliance with the budgets, deadlines, and IT & security policies of the Group.
Main MissionsAdministrate and provide support for technical installations: access control, payment systems, and payment solutions
- Deploy and maintain PMS systems in operational conditions
- Follow technical projects: planning, reporting, monitoring, and budget compliance
- Manage incidents (business applications, central systems, and payment) in conjunction with internal teams and suppliers
- Ensure traceability of incidents and compliance with procedures (GMAO, technical databases, DWH)
- Participate in continuous improvement of IT support and technological monitoring
- Write and update procedures, guides, and documentation on the intranet
- Contribute to the management of access badges for subscribers
- Produce PMS incident reports (by site, category, monthly)
- Participate actively in the QSE approach of the IT service
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and working conditions rules
- Collaborate with payment partners (Ingenico, Total, Vinci Télépéage - LiberT)
- Work closely with the Operations Directorate, QCR, and Heritage teams
- Ensure the continuity of service of digital solutions and support operational teams
- Process support requests according to priorities:
- Standard request: 5 days
- Non-critical incident: 24 hours
- Critical incident: 1 hour

- You are recognized for your reliability, sense of responsibility, and respect for safety and quality rules
- Curious and involved, you show an interest in new technologies and application monitoring
