MOSS Company Overview

MOSS is a joint venture between two global leaders, AIRBUS and THALES, created in 2002. It is a company of around a hundred people, in the defense sector, specialized in system engineering. Located in Issy-les-Moulineaux, 500 meters from Balard and the Ministry of Defense, our main role is to assist the DGA (General Directorate of Armament) in its ownership of command and control systems for aerospace operations.

Attached to the Operations Directorate, the holder of the position is responsible for developing, within the framework of a project or offer, the definition of a system solution with a software dominance that meets the client's needs. Surrounded by experts from different fields (operational, SSI, Safety, etc.), the holder of the position guarantees the viability of a client solution by defining architecture concepts and key principles that frame the detailed design and evolution of the solution.

He is the preferred contact of the client's system architect. In the context of a project or offer, he is responsible for:

• Identifying/consolidating the client's need
• Determining the architecture options adapted to the client's needs
• Building the architecture of a solution
• Ensuring technical authority in the design of the chosen solution
• Ensuring detailed descriptions of the chosen solution's architecture
• Proposing adaptations of the solution for on-site integration

Experience in lead tech/system architect integrator

Experience in the defense field is desirable
