Althéa is a management consulting firm that brings together more than 250 internal consultants with triple expertise:
Consulting methodology, IT solutions, and business processes. In 2023, we generated over 30 million euros in revenue. We support our clients on their transformation projects in the areas of HR, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain/operations, from the construction of the transformation trajectory to the operational deployment of projects, and we intervene in the following areas:

o Strategy upstream: master plan, opportunity study & business case, optimization of organizations and business processes, impact studies, help in choosing a solution/integrator and project framing.

o Project support AMOA: project management assistance, design (functional expertise, methodology, IT), deployment of solutions, acceptance testing (strategy & execution) and assistance in production.

o Transformation: definition of target organizations, dissemination of the strategic vision, development of leadership, revision of the management model and reinvention of business processes, engagement through new digital uses and collaboration, mobilization of employees and facilitation of change.

o Change Management: deployment strategy & change management, functional support, mobilization & awareness (seminars, workshops, training) and documentation.

o Machine Learning (AI) and RPA:
Our dedicated team of Data Scientists associated with our business process teams identify processes eligible for these technologies in our clients and the benefits expected in terms of productivity and value addition.

In the context of the very strong acceleration of Althéa's Finance IT division, we wish to strengthen our team with new experienced talents to contribute to the growth of the division and support Financial/Procurement Directors on their transformation projects whose DNA is compatible with our values of honesty, excellence, and our intrapreneurial philosophy.

Analysis & Diagnosis

• Mapping of consolidation processes (scope, intercompany, reprocessing, conversions)
• Analysis of accounting frameworks (French GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP depending on context)
• Evaluation of the timeliness and reliability of closing cycles
• Identification of organizational and functional improvement areas

Transformation Framing

• Facilitation of workshops with CFOs, consolidation managers, and IT teams
• Formalization of business needs
• Definition of target management rules
• Contribution to Finance master plans

AMOA & Functional Management

• Writing of functional specifications
• Coordination of business/IT stakeholders
• Monitoring of project progress
• Management of acceptance phases
• Support to users
