Senior Program Manager – Change Management & Technology Transformation
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid – 2-3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract (High likelihood of extension)
Pay Rate:90-98/HR
We’re partnering with an industry-leading technology company to hire a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This is a highly visible role supporting strategic technology and business process changes across multiple cross‑functional teams.
This is not a traditional Project Manager position. We’re looking for a strategic Program Manager who thrives in ambiguity, can define the path forward, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational adoption alongside technical implementation.
What You’ll Do- Lead complex cross‑functional programs from planning through execution and adoption.
- Develop program roadmaps, identify risks and dependencies, and drive successful delivery.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business leaders to align priorities and execute strategic initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts including stakeholder communications, business readiness, and adoption planning.
- Use data and business insights to prioritize work and support executive decision‑making.
- Drive technology transformation initiatives, including enterprise platform integrations and process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with Director‑, VP‑, and executive‑level stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, reporting, documentation, and program execution.
- 5+ years of Program Management experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Proven experience driving organizational change and business adoption during technology implementations.
- Experience managing enterprise software implementations, digital transformation, or systems integration programs.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make strategic recommendations, prioritize work, and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple teams.
- Experience with in Fin Tech, Financial Services, Payments, Banking, or Enterprise SaaS environments.
- Background at large technology companies such as Intuit, Credit Karma, Google, Amazon, Meta, or similar organizations.
- Experience with Salesforce implementations, CRM migrations, or enterprise platform integrations.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Microsoft Copilot.
The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver who goes beyond tracking timelines and status reports. You know how to bring structure to ambiguity, influence without authority, and lead cross‑functional teams through complex business and technology transformations.
