This role offers the opportunity to build the AI-powered operational foundation behind a modern go-to-market engine. The position sits at the intersection of AI engineering, business operations, automation, and customer lifecycle strategy. You will design intelligent workflows, integrations, and agent-based systems that help commercial teams scale efficiently. Your work will directly impact customer adoption, retention, expansion, and revenue operations by replacing manual processes with scalable automation.

You will collaborate across sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and technology teams to create connected business systems. Accountabilities

The GTM Operations Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven automation systems that support the complete customer lifecycle. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, operational thinking, and commercial understanding to create scalable solutions that improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

  • Design, build, and maintain AI agent workflows using language model APIs, orchestration platforms, and automation tools to streamline go‑to‑market processes.
  • Develop autonomous agents and intelligent workflows supporting sales intelligence, customer health monitoring, partner activation, renewals, and expansion initiatives.
  • Build connected automation across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success functions to create a unified commercial operating system.
  • Translate customer lifecycle strategies and success playbooks into scalable workflows across CRM, customer engagement, analytics, and AI platforms.
  • Engineer automation supporting the full customer journey, from acquisition and onboarding through adoption, expansion, and renewal.
  • Convert customer behavior and health signals into automated recommendations, alerts, escalations, and engagement actions.
  • Create systems that transform customer adoption, value realization, and ROI data into actionable insights for internal teams and customer conversations.
  • Build partner operations infrastructure, including onboarding workflows, milestone tracking, attribution systems, and performance reporting.
  • Develop marketing attribution and funnel analytics capabilities to identify programs that generate measurable business impact.
  • Create and maintain integrations between CRM platforms, data platforms, analytics tools, and AI systems.
  • Design reliable APIs and data pipelines that allow AI agents and business systems to exchange information securely.
  • Improve data quality, governance, and reliability across automated workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes by mapping complex workflows and replacing repetitive tasks with scalable automation.
  • Build reporting dashboards and automated alerts that provide leadership with visibility into revenue performance, customer health, and operational metrics.
  • Partner with revenue operations teams to connect pipeline, lifecycle, partner, and marketing processes into a cohesive commercial ecosystem.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and operational playbooks to support scalability.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is a technically strong operations professional with experience building automation systems, integrating business platforms, and applying AI solutions to real‑world commercial challenges.

  • 4–6 years of experience in technical operations, automation engineering, revenue operations, software development, or similar roles focused on business process optimization.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI and workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, custom automation frameworks, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with language model APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, or comparable AI technologies in business applications.
