We are a growing financial services company based in California seeking a highly capable IT & Systems Integration Specialist to support our internal technology infrastructure, software integrations, and data-driven operations.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both technical systems and business operations. You will play a key role in maintaining system reliability, improving workflows through automation and integrations, and supporting data reporting and analytics needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day IT and technical support across the organization
- Manage API connections, integrations, and automation between platforms
- Support implementation and maintenance of new software systems and tools
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery processes are in place
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding from a systems and access standpoint
- Support marketing and sales teams with data reporting, dashboards, and system optimization
- Assist with analytics and compliance reporting as needed
- Collaborate on data management and structure improvements across platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate technical resolutions
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (Google Cloud preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and business tools such as Zoho, Dialpad, Rippling, and Calendly
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations across multiple platforms
- Experience with Google Big Query or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Word Press for website updates and content management
- Basic to intermediate website development skills, including:
- HTML
- Experience working in a fast‑paced financial services or sales‑driven environment
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple technical priorities
- Comfort working in a small company environment where flexibility is key
The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions‑oriented, and comfortable working in both structured IT tasks and evolving project‑based work.
