senior cybersecurity analyst – contingent – 26-022 – hybrid, job type: full-time. This position is contingent upon contract award. Must have an active secret clearance upon hire to be considered. This is a hybrid position: approximately 60% on site / 40% remote.

responsibilitiesserve as a senior cybersecurity analyst for the program throughout system engineering, deployment, and sustainment. Execute rmf process: system categorization, ssp, sap development, nist 800-53 control implementation, security poa&ms. Collaborate with issms, stakeholders. Identify and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities and compliance issues. Incorporate findings into system poa&ms. Respond to data calls, taskords/opords. Provide status updates for rmf authorization. Track and report cybersecurity risks to issm, cyber leads, and engineering teams.

qualifications- active secret clearance required.
- dod 8140.03 iat ii certification required.
- bachelor's degree in relevant discipline from an accredited college/university and eight years plus in the cybersecurity field required or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- dod rmf experience in the isse role in emass, including developing/updating rmf ssps, documenting nist 800-53 security control implementations, development of saps, security poa&ms, and risk assessment reports (rars).
- experience using emass.
- experience reviewing disa security technical implementation guides (stigs), security requirements guide (srgs), scap, and acas results.
- good knowledge of dod cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- strong written and verbal communication skills to advise various levels of technology stakeholders, program initiatives, and accrediting authorities on security requirements and cybersecurity trends and solutions, including risk assessments and mitigations.
- ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
- expected travel up to 10%.
- hybrid position: approximately 60% onsite, 40% remote.
salary range: $140k - $165k. Level i – v placement based on qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package included.
