FICO, a leading analytics software company, invites applications for an IT Deskside Support Engineer in the San Diego area. You will serve as an escalation point for technical issues impacting employees and infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving incidents reported by users by phone, chat, email or in person.

Responsibilities include prioritizing and triaging tickets, logging activities, handling Outlook/OS/printer/antivirus issues, and ensuring SLAs are met.
