Job Title

You join the Architecture and Design Authorities Group Direction, within the New IT Practices Team. In this role, you contribute to the implementation of the Group ACT 2028 strategic plan ambitions on the IT perimeter. You intervene at the heart of the Group's digital transformation challenges, in close liaison with the CASA TEC teams and the entities. Position based in Montrouge, with a majority presence on site (3 days per week) to foster interactions with teams and stakeholders.

Your missions In support of the New IT Practices Team, you will contribute to several projects:
Reinforce the use of Group IT standards Promote and facilitate the adoption of Group IT normative frameworks (Architecture, Design Authorities) Implement the simplification and efficiency levers of IT normative frameworks in IT manufacturing chains, notably through artificial intelligence Contribute to decision-making on strategic projects Participate in IT compliance and architecture analyses Illuminate deviations from IT normative frameworks and IT risks for Group decision-makers Support the steering of digital transformation Identify and map IT solutions exposed in Group digital pathways Contribute to the evolution of IT normative frameworks to better frame digital uses Structure and produce cross-functional reporting Consolidate contributions from various works (standards, audits, mappings) Structure synthetic and high-value-added reports for steering bodies Produce decision support tools (dashboards, executive presentations) Track key indicators and contribute to the visibility of risks and advances

Your role On all these subjects, you adopt a proactive posture:
You coordinate and federate the contributions of the various Group actors You promote the sharing of practices and the dissemination of standards You contribute to transforming analyses into concrete actions (delivery & deployment) What this position will bring you A cross-functional vision of the strategic IT challenges (e.g., sovereignty, strategic autonomy, etc.) of Groupe Crédit Agricole Exposure to the heart of strategic projects and decision-making bodies (e.g., COMEX IT) A rise in skills on Group enterprise architecture, IT standards, and digital transformation Regular interactions with Group experts and references in France and internationally
