Hourly: $22.00
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices within an allotted time frame. Have dexterity to use small tools and parts. Clear vision and the ability to follow instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Train users on how to appropriately utilize their computer systems
- Write instruction manuals for systems
- Consult with managers to determine the role the systems play in the business
- Test systems and perform troubleshooting
- Perform hardware repair, refurbishment, and redeployment activities for operational equipment and platforms
- Assemble and disassemble hardware systems and components
- Troubleshoot and replace defective parts
Qualifications:
- Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices within an allotted time frame
- Proficiency with using small tools and parts
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and sequence of operations
