Overview
Direct Hire, must be located in San Diego and work onsite 5x days per week in Downtown.
Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 IT support and work within the ticketing system to manage user requests.
- 1-2 years of professional experience as an IT/Help Desk Technician; this is a junior role.
- On-site location in San Diego, Downtown.
- Target pay is $70k.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a huge plus.
