Sr. Revenue Cycle Application Analyst [Must have Epic Resolute PB Admin Certification]

We are looking for an RTE Analyst who has implemented Query Chaining, Utilization of the MSP Indicator, Plan Mapping and Auto Coverage Creation.

Epic Professional Billing analyst with Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration Certification and extensive knowledge of Epic Resolute Professional Billing. Primary responsibilities include charge testing for new departments and clinics, visit type consolidation, handling charge‑related issues and requests, and charge router/handler build. The contractor is expected to be an expert in charge router/handler build.

UC San Diego Health seeks a Senior Revenue Cycle Application Analyst (Epic PB Claims) who will serve as a technical leader with a high level of knowledge and recognized expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle applications (Professional Billing, Charge Router, Single Billing Office, Claims, Remittance, and Research Billing). Responsibilities include design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic Revenue Cycle application systems as well as providing project management, customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

This position reports to the Revenue Cycle IS Manager in the Information Services department and collaborates daily with Revenue Cycle operations and third‑party vendors.

• Nine (9) years of related experience or Bachelor’s Degree in related area plus five (5) years of experience (related experience: Epic build experience in Claims and Remittance).
• In‑depth knowledge of 1‑2 areas of focus in clinical applications specialty areas.
• Knowledge of operations, systems and functions, including planning, design, development, implementation, user support and training, maintenance, quality assurance, and system testing and evaluation.
