IT Project Manager – ONSITE (San Diego, CA)

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Reporting metrics and project updates
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand‑ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management
• 5+ years of experience with Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g. definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• 5+ years of experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or a similar field
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus
• ADO skills

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.

-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $96,492 – 144,738. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
