About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect / Consultant to join our growing team
in a part-time, remote capacity. This role combines solution consulting, customer
engagement, pre-sales support, and delivery advisory responsibilities.
Working closely with our Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams, you will lead discovery
sessions, facilitate customer workshops, design high-level Service Now solutions, prepare
proposals and Statements of Work, and provide architectural guidance throughout project
delivery. While this is not a hands-on development role, you will collaborate with
implementation teams to ensure solutions align with Service Now best practices and
customer objectives.
This role typically requires up to 4 hours per day depending on project demand. Although
fully remote, occasional travel to the United States may be required to attend company
- organized workshops, customer meetings, strategic planning sessions, or other pre-sales
and delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions.
- Understand business requirements and recommend scalable Service Now solutions.
- Design high-level solution architectures and implementation approaches.
- Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, proposals, estimates, RFP/RFI
responses, and Statements of Work (SOWs). - Present solution recommendations to executive and technical stakeholders.
- Provide architectural guidance throughout project delivery and collaborate with
development teams. - Advise on Service Now best practices, governance, and platform capabilities.
- Support projects involving modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other
Service Now products. - Review solution designs to ensure alignment with customer requirements and
Service Now standards. - Occasionally travel to the U.S. for company-organized workshops and client
engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Service Now experience.
- Experience as a Service Now Architect, Solution Consultant, or Senior Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and platform capabilities.
- Experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, App Engine,
Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and integrations. - Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting both pre-sales engagements and project delivery.
- Availability to work in U.S. time zones.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to the United States when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Service Now certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, or CTA are a plus.
- Experience preparing solution proposals, effort estimates, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
