The General Directorate of the National Police (DGPN) has launched the XPN program to develop a new procedure writing solution. This new system aims to replace the current LRPPN tool. You will work on the entire software production chain (Fullstack) deployed on the Pi RHR cloud software factory, following the "everything-as-code" principle.

Design and implement complex modules (Front-end and back-end) or critical services with complete technical autonomy. Take ownership of a component or a chain of services: quality, performance, security, and scalability. Validate code reviews, ensure compliance with standards (linting, SAST, SCAs - Software Component Analysis), and lead technical debt. Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines: build, automated testing, progressive deployment, management of secrets, and encryption of data at rest and in transit.

Administer and secure Linux environments: hardening, service management, patching, access auditing. Implement observability (shift-left): centralized logs, alerting, monitoring dashboards, distributed traces. Integrate security from the design phase: threat modeling, functional risk analysis, contribution to security approval and monitoring of ANSSI recommendations. Accompany and train junior developers, lead internal technical sessions, and participate in security audits or penetration tests in conjunction with dedicated teams.

Write technical documentation as code.

Versioned and documented source code. Internal and external runbooks on technical aspects of the project and development environment. Tested and deployed functionalities in production.

Activities of the service:
The National Agency for Information Systems and Communication of the Security Forces Interior (ANFSI) receives its instructions from the two directors general of the Gendarmerie and the Police. It is responsible, in conjunction with the operational directions, for designing and implementing the information and communication systems "métier" essential to the execution of the missions of internal security.

Experience:

Bac+5 in computer science or similar field, with more than 5 years of experience in the realization of high-stakes IT projects. Technical knowledge:

Mastery of Java, advanced Spring Boot (MVC, Security, Data, Actuator, Web Flux if applicable). Mastery of React, Type Script, modern front-end architectures, and advanced state management. Web & APIs:
Design of high-performance REST APIs, version management, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation, design patterns. Databases:
Advanced SQL mastery, query optimization and indexing, migrations. Tools & Methods:
Mastery of Git Hub Actions/Git Lab CI, Dev Sec Ops  paradigms, continuous integration, configuration and environment management. Tests & Quality:
Complete testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E, contracts), code coverage, static analysis tools (Sonar Qube), JVM profilers. Cloud & Infrastructure:
Knowledge of cloud services (containerization, orchestration, Infrastructure as Code). Knowledge in Linux system administration. Security & Performance:
