As part of an internship program, you will join the technical team to participate in the daily management of the IT park and user support. Accompanied by your tutor and team members, you will help to make the inventory reliable, prepare equipment, and improve the follow-up of requests.
Your ActivitiesIT Park Management
· Update the hardware and software inventory in management tools, notably GLPI.
· Track allocations, returns, entries, and exits of equipment: computers, monitors, phones, peripherals, and accessories.
· Participate in the preparation, master, installation, and renewal of user workstations.
· Contribute to the follow-up of stock, warranties, orders, and equipment to be recycled or reassigned.
User Support and Workstation Operation
· Process level 1 support tickets and participate in level 2 under supervision.
· Diagnose common incidents:
Windows workstations, peripherals, printing, network access, email, and business software.
· Install and update applications necessary for users via tools in place, including Intune or WAPT as needed.
· Prepare arrivals, internal movements, and departures of collaborators in line with onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Tooling, Security, and Continuous Improvement
· Participate in the operational administration of park, deployment, and ticketing tools.
· Check the security prerequisites of workstations: encryption, antivirus/EDR, updates, compliance, and session locking.
· Document recurring procedures and propose simple improvements to reduce repetitive incidents.
· Contribute to the production of monitoring tables: active park, stock material, workstations to be renewed, recurring tickets.
The Profile We Are Looking ForYour skills:
We are looking for a profile in computer science training (Bac+2 to Bac+3 in systems and networks, IT support or equivalent), rigorous, curious, and oriented towards user service. A first experience or project realized on tools like GLPI, Intune Wapt, Active Directory, Entra , or Power Shell will be appreciated, as well as basic knowledge of Linux, supervision, or scripting.
The required criteria are:
· Good basis in Windows, Microsoft 365, workstation hardware, and peripherals.
· Network concepts: IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VLAN, VPN, and connectivity diagnosis.
· Ability to follow a procedure, document actions taken, and escalate to the right level.
· Sense of service, pedagogy, discretion, and good communication with users.
