The Information Systems Department, "Global IT", is looking for a:
Your TeamYou will join the Credit Approval Applications (CAA) team of the Risks IT (RIT) department, attached to the BLI Corporate & Support Functions IT (CSI). This dynamic team of about ten employees, distributed between Montrouge and Singapore, leads the architecture and digital transformation of CA-CIB's Risk Information Systems. You will collaborate daily with the ISAP (Information Systems Asia Pacific) teams based in Singapore, in an international environment working on projects with high business and regulatory stakes.
YourMissions
As a CAA Project Manager, you will be a key player in the Risks & GIT roadmap. Your responsibilities will cover the entire project cycle:
Framing & Needs Analysis- Lead the framing workshops with business project managers and challenge the requirements
- Perform gap analysis and identify application adherences
- Lead the collection and consolidation of estimates
- Develop project schedules in line with business and technical constraints
- Write or validate functional and technical specifications
- Organize review workshops and ensure formal validation of deliverables
- Define the testing strategy and develop acceptance plans
- Coordinate testing campaigns (BA, UAT) in collaboration with IT and business teams
- Ensure operational project management (budget, schedule, quality)
- Support Tech Leads and development teams in execution
- Lead steering committees and project follow-up
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and prepare production deployments
- Ensure managerial reporting (progress, alerts, risk management)
- Contribute actively to governance and the evolution of the business/IT roadmap
