The Vice President, Data & AI will lead the enterprise Data & AI organization, defining and executing the company's data strategy while enabling business growth through trusted data, advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence. This executive will build a modern, scalable and business-driven data organization responsible for transforming enterprise data into strategic insights, improving decision-making across the business, and accelerating AI adoption.

The role partners closely with Product Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and Technology Business Operations to ensure data becomes a competitive business capability rather than simply a reporting function.

• Define Data & AI vision and strategy for IT.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science or a related technical discipline required.
• (preferred) master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related field strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Information Technology, Data, Analytics or Digital organizations, including 10+ years leading enterprise Data, Analytics or AI organizations.
• 7+ years leading Directors, Senior Managers and multi-disciplinary technology organizations within large, global or multi-country enterprises.
