The E2E Solution Lead is responsible for orchestrating the design, development, and deployment of integrated solutions for large‑scale M&A and Partner Integration initiatives. This role requires deep cross‑functional collaboration, strategic vision, and hands‑on leadership from ideation through production deployment, ensuring seamless integration across business domains and technology platforms.

• Lead the full lifecycle of solution delivery, from initial ideation and requirements gathering to production deployment and post‑launch support.
• Facilitate collaboration among IT, Operations, Compliance, Product, and external partners to ensure unified understanding and alignment on solution objectives.
• Collaborate with UX to develop detailed journey maps and process flows that capture business requirements, integration points, and user experiences across domains.
• Partner with Dev Leads, Enterprise, Solution and Infrastructure Architects to architect scalable, robust solutions, including data flows, integration patterns, and technical specifications.
• Define and document integration points and data contracts between systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and operational readiness.
• Oversee data migration and remediation efforts as needed.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for integration success, track progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive the development and execution of comprehensive end‑to‑end test plans, collaborating with quality engineering teams to validate solution integrity and user experience.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains, lead post‑integration reviews and implement lessons learned for future projects.

• Minimum of 10 years in solution architecture, integration leadership, or program management roles within large enterprises or consulting environments.
• Direct experience with M&A integrations, partner onboarding, and large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Lucidchart, and enterprise data management platforms.

• Strategic Integration & Problem Solving:
  Ability to see the big picture, prioritize critical tasks, and solve complex integration challenges rapidly.
• Project Management:
  Proven experience managing large‑scale, cross‑functional projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
• Technical Acumen:
  Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data integration, and solution design principles.
• Familiarity with modern integration technologies (APIs, microservices, middleware) and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build consensus, manage expectations, and influence outcomes across diverse teams.
• Process & Data Flow Design:
  Experience in mapping business processes, designing data flows, and documenting integration requirements.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end testing strategies, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
• Change Management:
  Ability to drive change, manage resistance, and ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
