Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, the full-time IT Technician will maintain and improve the Microsoft cloud environment and end-user systems while working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities- Diagnose, maintain, and repair IT systems while documenting procedures and communicating effectively with staff
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Exchange Online, and other related systems, including performing migrations and managing user profiles
- Provide end-user support, mentor junior team members, and participate in special IT projects such as SharePoint restructuring
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support within a Microsoft-based environment
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra , Exchange Online, and Windows 10/11 administration
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, multi-factor authentication, and Microsoft licensing
- Proficiency in supporting desktop hardware, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
