Who We're Looking For

The Portfolio Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of long-term enterprise implementation projects across client and internal initiatives within MEA or Europe regions.

The role ensures structured execution, alignment with delivery standards, and successful outcomes across multiple parallel projects, typically with a duration of 1 year or longer.

This role operates within the Center of Delivery Excellence and reports to the Head of Delivery Assurance, working closely with Delivery Assurance Leads, architects, and cross‑functional teams.

Portfolio Management
  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise‑level implementation projects (client and internal)
  • Ensure alignment across projects in terms of scope, timelines, delivery standards, and business objectives
  • Maintain visibility over portfolio health, including progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
Project Execution Oversight
  • Oversee execution of long‑term CRM and enterprise platform implementation projects
  • Ensure projects follow structured delivery approaches and established methodologies
  • Validate planning, resource allocation, and execution consistency across projects
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders in enterprise environments
  • Manage expectations, communication, and alignment across clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Support decision‑making through clear reporting and structured communication
Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify risks, issues, and cross‑project dependencies early across the portfolio
  • Drive mitigation actions and ensure timely resolution
  • Escalate critical issues when required and support recovery of challenged projects
Delivery Alignment
  • Ensure consistency with delivery standards, governance practices, and implementation frameworks
  • Collaborate with Delivery Assurance and architecture teams to validate delivery approaches
  • Support alignment between delivery, sales, and partner teams when needed
Operational Contribution
  • Drive improvements in delivery practices based on portfolio insights
  • Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of project execution approaches
Required Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in project or program management within enterprise environments
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent enterprise projects
  • Proven experience managing multiple long‑term implementation projects simultaneously
  • Strong background in CRM, SaaS, ERP, or similar enterprise platforms
  • Experience working with enterprise clients (large‑scale organizations)
  • Hands‑on experience managing full project lifecycle in enterprise implementation projects
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise‑level projects in Europe or MEA regions is a must
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones
  • Experience working with external partners and hybrid delivery models
  • Experience working with complex enterprise stakeholders and cross‑functional environments
