• Requirements Gathering:
  Elicit, analyze, and document user needs and system requirements from life sciences stakeholders (R&D, clinical operations, commercial teams).
• FRS Mapping:
  Map business needs to Functional Requirements Specifications to ensure developers understand necessary capabilities.
• Testing Coordination:
  Collaborate with clients to coordinate test case development, build testing plans, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee software meets user expectations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  Perform basic data analysis and create reports or dashboards to communicate project performance and key insights.
• Stakeholder Alignment:
  Act as primary liaison between IT development teams and business users to translate complex technical jargon into understandable business language.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology), Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  5+ years direct experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments with regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  5+ years proficiency in software development life cycles (Agile/Scrum), database tools (SQL), and process‑mapping software (Visio).
• Soft Skills:
  
  Exceptional verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
