Scrum Master Overview

As a Scrum Master, you know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. On our team, you’ll coach a team to its highest performance level while ensuring the project is successfully delivered to customer expectations. You’ll ensure Agile principles and approaches are understood correctly by the team and key stakeholders.

Using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Service Now, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team focus on the accomplishment of sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully delivered to meet key outcomes and customer expectations. Work with us as we strengthen operational excellence for our Navy clients.

• 3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
• Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban
• Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, and Agile metrics
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience in hardware acquisition programs
• SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master Certification

Secret clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary range: $86,900.00 to $ (annualized USD).
